The government center is a signature building for the City of Columbia where they’ve incorporated all of their various offices in one location. The plan involved the remodel of a historic building as well as a five story addition.

Our portion of the work was to provide the HVAC and plumbing systems for the new and remodeled sections in the entire facility. The largest challenge on this project was to prefabricate the entire penthouse mechanical room and lift it into place on the roof of the fifth floor. We are quite proud to have our name involved in such significant projects in our hometown.
