The Crossing was a multi-phase project which included two building additions, which totaled 42,455 sq. ft., and a new gym and student activity center—another 33,329 sq. ft. Due to budgetary needs, we were able to come up with value engineering saving of more than $230,000.

The work took 482 days in total to complete, and was finished in December 2014. The scope of work included complete plumbing and HVAC installations. By coming in on time and on budget, the project was a huge success.
