Mike is a U.S. Army Combat Infantry Veteran with 20+ years of commercial & industrial HVAC/R experience. He is also a trained factory technician for both Trane and Carrier systems. Throughout his career, he has led teams of 140+ electricians, maintenance techs, and refrigeration techs within the food manufacturing industry. 

Mike and his wife, Kelley, call the NW Arkansas area their home, where they are raising their 5 children and have 2 grandsons with another on the way. When he’s not busy leading HVAC/R teams, he enjoys spending quality time with his family outdoors, grilling, and smoking BBQ meats.
